EREAS , on December 15 , 1987 the Division of Public Health
for t e City of Saint Paul insp cted the property at 908 Hague,
Saint Paul , Minnesota, and dete mined that a nuisance consisting
of a discarded refrigerator a d used lumber existed on said
prope y; and
EREAS , the Division issu d orders on December 17 , 1987
to Fr derick Bergh, the owner of said property, to abate the
nuisa ce ; and
EREA5 , on December 23 , 987 Mr. Bergh filed an appeal
of sa' d order with the City lerk, and on January 12, 1988
the C ' ty Council conducted a ublic hearing on said appeal ;
and
EREAS , the City Counci upon consideration affirmed
the Di ision' s cleanup order of D cember 17 , 1987 ; now, therefore ,
be it
ESOLVED, that the order o the Division of Public Health
direc ing that the property at 9 8 Hague be cleaned up is hereby
affir ed except that Frederick Bergh is given one week from
the ate of the publication f this resolution to complete
the n cessary cleanup; and be it
URTHER RESOLVED, that in th event the work is not completed
withi that week, the City may proceed �o perform or complete
the n cessary work with the co ts incurred therefrom collected
in th same manner as provided by law.
