Preliminary and Final Plat Approval for ��Bluff Townhomes
WHEREAS, Chesapeake, Inc. has submitted the attached preliminary and final plat for six townhouses at 7xx
Stewart Avenue (southeast side between Bay and Sumac Streets) for City Council approval;
WHEREAS, the appropriate Cit7 departments have reviewed the piat and found, as explained in the staff
report to the City Council, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code;
WT3EREAS, notice of a public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper
of the City and notices were mailed to each owner of affected property including all property situated within
350 feet of the subject property;
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed plan on July 22, 1998, where all
interested parties were heard and the Council considered all the facts and recommendations concerning the
plaY;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached
preliminaty and final plat for Stewart Bluff Townhomes subject to the following conditions:
1. The developer shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the plat with the Ramsey
County Recorder's O�ce. The developer sha11 file a copy of the Council Resolution on each
property deed within the development.
2. A copy of the Council Resolution shall be attached to and become part of the townhouse
declaration for this development which shall be provided to each property purchaser and their
successors.

42 3. Except for small wall anchors, screws, or nails suitable for attaching pictures, frames, shelves or
