PROCEEDINGS: Appellant 9s appealing the Key Box and the Transoms.
The house 102 years old, a Victorian House it is a legal non-

doors with self-closures, therefore, the glass transoms are not

PROCEEDINGS: The Appellant was to meet with Mike Ricketson, from
Fire Prevention to work out some plans as to which rooms could be

This building had been used by the Oblates -Fathers, and housed 25
persons , some years ago.
Mike Ricketson, from Fire Prevention stated that the bui )ding
