Paul , Department of Public Works , subjec to the
following conditions :
a. No buildings , structures , or trees are Ilermitted
within the easement area nor any t mporary
structure , mater ' al storage , fixture, or other
objects that will prohibit normal access �to sewer
facilities for mai tenance purposes. I
b. No change from t e existing grade is ermitted
without written pe mission from the Direc or of the
Department of Publ c Works .
