WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, as an outgrowth
of its strategic planning process, revised its legislative procedures for
a period of six months to expire on January 3, 1988, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that after reviewing the results of said experimentation,
the Council hereby makes the following determination and expression of

a. The Council shall retain its cable function capabilities, and shall
retain the Council's Cable Office;

c. The Cable Office will continue to provide appropriate staffing
and technical assistance to facilitate programing with topics being
suggested for and by each councilperson.
d. All franchise fees which have been allocated to the Council Cable
Office will be retained and deposit of any cost saving8 resulting
from daily operations will continued to be retained for Council cable
communication purposes.
