An Administrative Resolution changing the
rate of pay for Housing Rehabilitation
Advisor II in the Salary Plan and Rates of
Compensation Resolution.
RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the title of Housing Rehabilitation
Advisor II be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 34, Section ID2,
to Grade 36, Section ID2, of the Technical Standard Ranges in the Salary
Plan and Rates of Compensation; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in
force on the first pay period after the passage, approval, and publication
of this resolution.

WHAT WILL BE ACHIEVED BY TAKING ACTION ON THE ATTACHED MATERIALS?
This resolution will increase the rate of pay assigned to the
classification of Housing Rehabilitation Advisor II. This change was
the result of a classification study.
The study began as a comparable worth appeal requested by the
incumbents of the Housing Rehabilitation Advisor I class. During the
study it became necessary to look at the Housing Rehabilitation
Advisor II class for internal equity considerations. We also looked
at the Loan and Grant Specialist I title for the same reasons.
COST/BENEFIT. BUDGETARY AND PERSONNEL IMPACTS ANTICIPATED:
This title has only one incumbent, who is located at 1010 University
Avenue in the Rehabilitation Section of the Department of Planning
and Economic Development. The cost for the remainder of 1987 will be
approximately $195.00. The added cost for a full year will be
approximately $1710.00. This represents a 5.5� increase for this
title.
Approximate annual salary prior to the change: $31,065.00
Approximate annual salary after the change: $32,775.00
