and across said vacated azea for the purpose of protecting its distribution facilities.

vacated area far the purpose of protecting its e�sung faciliUes.
That an easement shall be retained far Northern States Power Company, Gas, over, under and
across said vacated azea for the purpose of protecung its e�sting facilities.
That the petitioner's their successors, and assigns agree to indemnify, defend and save hannless
the City of Saint Paul, its officers, and employees from all suits, actions, or ciaims of any
character brought as a result of injuries or damages received or sustained by any person, persons,
ar property on account of this vacation or petitioner's use of this property, including but not
limited to a claim brought because of any act of omission, neglect, or misconduct of said
peutioner or because of any claims or liability arising from any violation of any law or regulation
made in accordance with the law, whether by the peuuoner or any of their agents or employees.

the City of Saint Paul, its officers, and employees from all suits, actions, or ciaims of any
character brought as a result of injuries or damages received or sustained by any person, persons,
ar property on account of this vacation or petitioner's use of this property, including but not
limited to a claim brought because of any act of omission, neglect, or misconduct of said
peutioner or because of any claims or liability arising from any violation of any law or regulation
made in accordance with the law, whether by the peuuoner or any of their agents or employees.

this vacation which is due and payable within 60 days of the effective date of this resolution.
That an easement sha11 be retained for Northern States Power Company, Electric, over, under
and across said vacated azea for the purpose of protecting its distribution facilities.
T'hat an easement sha11 be retained for US West Communications over, under and across said
vacated area far the purpose of protecting its e�sung faciliUes.
That an easement shall be retained far Northern States Power Company, Gas, over, under and
across said vacated azea for the purpose of protecung its e�sting facilities.
That the petitioner's their successors, and assigns agree to indemnify, defend and save hannless
the City of Saint Paul, its officers, and employees from all suits, actions, or ciaims of any
character brought as a result of injuries or damages received or sustained by any person, persons,
ar property on account of this vacation or petitioner's use of this property, including but not
limited to a claim brought because of any act of omission, neglect, or misconduct of said
peutioner or because of any claims or liability arising from any violation of any law or regulation
made in accordance with the law, whether by the peuuoner or any of their agents or employees.
