WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File ��87-991 dated
July 7, 1987, said resolution being the Ratification of Assessments for the
SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION WITH INTEGRAL CURB ON THE NORTH SIDE EAST SEVENTH
STREET FROM LAFAYETTE ROAD TO WILLIUS STREET, File No. 5-11465.
WHEREAS, the property at 444 Lafayette Road being legally
described as:
Kittsons Addition to Saint Paul
Vacated alley in Block 18 and
southeasterly 19 feet of street
vacated adjacent and all of Hlock 18.
with the property identification number of 32-29-22-32-0004, was
assessed the amount of $10,777.75.
WHEREAS, after discovering that the property was wrongfully
assessed, the assessment should be deleted from the property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the said deletion be approved
and the amount of $10,777.75 be funded by Public Improvement Aid 1986
Funds.
