An Administrative Reso ution changing the
rate of pay for Emplo ent Programs Manager
in the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation
Resolution.
RESOLVED, that the rate of pay fo the classification of Employment
Programs Manager (formerly called Job reation and Training Program
Manager) be changed from the rate set orth in Grade 20, Section ID4, to
Grade 23, Section ID4, of the Professi nal Employees Supervisory Standard
Ranges in the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resol tion shall take effect and be in
force on the first pay period after th passage, approval, and publication
of this resolution.

It has been determined that the class specification of Job Creation
and Training Program Manager should b revised to reflect a
clarification of duties performed and to change the title to
Employment Programs Manager. I have ttached a copy of the class
specification for your review. Pleas notify me within twenty days
of receipt of this correspondence, if you wish to discuss this
action. If I do not hear from you wi hin that time-frame, I will
assume agreement and will proceed wit the process.
I will also be processing a resolutio changing the rate of pay for
this class from Grade 20 to Grade 23 f the Professional Employees
Supervisory Standard Ranges, Section D4, of the Salary Plan and
