WHEREAS, Summit Holding Corporation holds seven (7) City of Saint Paul taxicab vehicle licenses
including vehicles #21, 39, 44, 48, 55, 105 and 110, and
4 WHEREAS, Suixunit Holding Corporation and the seven (7) taa�icab licenses listed above aze in good
5 standing with both the Secretary of the State of Miimesota, and the City of Saint Paul, Office of LIEP, and

WHEREAS, Smnmit Holding Corporation has submitted an application and supporting documentation
to LIEP requesting City Council approval of the sale of corporate stock that will result in a change of the
controiling interest in the corporation, and
WHEREAS, this request has been made consistent with the requirements as stated in Saint Paul
Legislative Code Chapter 376.13(b)(1), and
14 WHEREAS, the proposed buyer, Michael Breckman dba Twin City Yellow Taxi, has fulfilled the
15 minimum threshold criteria enumerated in Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapter 376.10 to operate taxicab
16 vehicle licenses in the City of Saint Paul, now therefore be it

18 RESOLVED, that the sale of corporate stock of Summit Holding Corporation is approved by the City
19 of Saint Paul and that the new owner, Michael Breclanan dba Twin City Yellow T�i, is hereby
20 authorized to operate the seven (7) licenses under the direction of Twin City Yellow Tazi upon issuance
21 of the licenses by LIEP.
