WHEREAS, the purpose of the Sa' t Paul Board of A eals is to review
questions pertaining to the applicat'on of Housing, Building and Fire Codes;
and
WHEREAS, the present title of is body, the Saint Paul Board of
Appeals, in its generality has resul ed in confusion for petitioners who would
approach the Saint Paul Board of A als for purposes other than those under
the Board's �urisdiction; now, there ore, be it
