As you are aware, the Vulcan Krewes are an essential part of the Saint Paul Winter Carni- val and have been since its inception in 1886. The full Krewe has been following Vulcanus Rex since 1940 and have been extremely visible during civic parades since then, thanks in a large part to the generous support of the Saint Paul Fire Department. As a Minnesota non-profit corporation, our mission statement is to promote Saint Paui and its communities however possible; bringing good cheer by way of fire truck rides, donations of time and effort, or just making people smile.
