WHEREAS , the City of Saint Paul, on April 2 , 1975 , acquired
the use of certain tax forfeited property from the State of
Minnesota as described in document no . 1g04539 which is attached
hereto and made a part he eof; and
WHEREAS , this proper y was acquired for use as part of Swede
Hollow Park ; and
WHEREAS , the Departm nt of Community Services advises that
three parcels of this pro erty actually lie outside the boundary
of the "Park" and are the efore not needed by the Parks
Department ; said parcels eing described as follows :
Lots 1 and 18 B ock 10, and Lot 4 , Block 11 , all
in Irvines seco d addition to St. Paul
WHEREAS , the City ' s Real Estate Division has contacted the
City' s other departments to determine if there is any need for
these properties and no department has expressed any interest
in these parcels.
THEREFORE BE IT RESO VED , the Council of the City of
Saint Paul hereby authori es the proper City Officials to
reconvey these parcels to the State of Minnesota , said
parcels being described a follows :
