Viscasillas Director of Personnel City of Saint Paul 265 City Hall Saint Paul, MN 55102 Dear Mr. Viscasillas: The Saint Paul Civic Center is req esting an increase in the hourly rate of pay for the House Custodia l's employed on a part-time basis at the Civic Center. The House Custodian I's are requir d to work evenings and week-ends, holidays, as the schedule of events dictates therefore, we would like the hourly rate of pay to be competitative to attr ct more responsible applicants. We recommend the following hourly age for House Custodian I, effective January 1, 1990: Starting (hourly rates) $4.75 After 150 hours of employment 4.85 After 520 hours of employment 5.00 After 1040 hours of employmen 5.10 After 1260 hours of employmen 5.35 After 1560 hours of employmen 5.60 After 2600 hours of employmen 6.10 After 3120 hours of employmen 6.60 Also, we are requesting the premiu pay for performing various duties at the Civic Center, i.e installing h ckey boards, basketball floor, insulated floor, operating mechanical equipm nt, and removing snow, be raised to $6.75 per hour, effective Janua y 1, 1990. �•�f� , Thank you for your assistance.
