Pursuant to your request, am enclosing copies of the
Minnesota Sales Tax Return for the period Dec. , 1988 through
July, 1989 for Lotus Victo ia Crossing, Inc.
They have a license to sel wine and 3 . 2 beer with their
restaurant menu iteme at t e restaurant location at 867 Grand
Avenue in St. Paul. They ereby request permission to sell
strong beer in lieu of the current 3 . 2 beer. As you can see
from the accompanying Sale Tax returns, their saleB of wine
and beer are substantially less than 40� of their total
sales .
