WHEREAS , the city counc 1 adopted council file #89-1883
dated October 17, 1989, said resolution being the ratification of
assessments for Finance and anagement File #18517B, a supplement
to the Cleveland/Portland CS P project ; and
WHEREAS , Finance an.d N!a agement File #185� 7B assessed Selby
Avenue between Howell and Fa rview for paving, curb, and gutter,
and green lantern lighting; nd
WHEREAS , the Real Estat Division was notified that Selby
Avenue between Howell and Fa rview already had the old-style
green lantern lighting which will be retrofited at no cogt to the
property owner; and
WHEREAS , all the proper y owners affected have been notified
by letter of their reduced a sessment for pave, curb, and gutter
only;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVE , that the total asaessment amount
on Finance and Nianagement Fi e #18517B, Assessment #2589, be
reduced from $34 , g63 •20 to $ 7 , 67g . 20 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the total assessment reduction
of $7 , 284 • 20 be funded by th storm sewer charge funds .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in all other respects , council
file #18517B shall remain th same.
