WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul h s set up a program known as the Child
Care Partnership Program (CCPP) , udget for 1989 with $100,000 Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) fu ding, and administered by the
Department of Community Services hild Care Initiative activity; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advi e of the CCPP Selection Team
recommends the following proposal for grants be funded as the second of
two 1989 funding cycles:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, T e Council of the City of Saint Paul
authorizes the proper City offici ls to execute 1989 contracts with the
above agencies to provide improve child care opportunities for the
citizens of Saint Paul.
