That the petiti ners , their heirs , and assigns ahall , in lieu f compensation for this vacation, pay all costs a d expenses for the construction and extension of a torm water drain as shown on Exhibit "A" att ched hereto and made a part of this resolution. Th petitioners ' contractor shall construct this storm sewer extension in accordance with applicable City codes , ordinances , and specifications and shall be subject to the approval of the Public orks ' Sewer Engineer. This vacation shall be autom tically void if the petitioners , their heirs , a d assigns fail to conetruct this sewer extensio within 180 days of the publication date of this r solution and said vacated alley shall automati ally revert to the City without charge or cost 5 .
