RESOLVED, that upon th petition of the City of Saint Paul,
per Finance Department File No . 12-1989, that part of Stroh Drive
(formerly Walsh Street ) bou ded by Bush and Reaney, hereinafter
described be and the same is hereby vacated and discontinued as
public property.
The vacated area is des ribed as follows :
All that part of th west 10 feet of Stroh Drive
(formerly Walsh Str et ) lying between Bush Avenue and
Reaney Avenue. Sai land also be described as the
westerly 10 feet of Lots 10 and 11 and all that part of
the alley adjoining the westerly 10 feet of said Lots 10
and 11 , all in Bloc 55 , Arlington Hills Addition to
Saint Paul
This vacation shall be ubject to the following conditions :
1 . That this vacation hall be eubject to all the terms and '
conditions of Chapt r 130 , codified March 1, 1g81 of the
St. Paul Legislativ Code, as amended.
2 . That the council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes the prop r Cit� Officials to convey to Stroh
Brewing Company, by Quit Claim Deed , the vacated portion
of Stroh drive as d scribed above.
3 . Stroh Brewing Compan of Saint Paul , in egchange for the
the above described 10-foot strip of Stroh Drive shall
grant the City of Sa" nt Paul a 10-foot permanent right-
of-way easement , sub 'ect to approval by the City
Attorney, over the f llowing described land :
All that part of the west 10 feet of the east 20 feet of
Lots 9 and 12 , Block 55 , Arlington Hills Addition to
