The Council of the City of Saint Paul having receiv d the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby app oved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 5,000.00 , financed by Sew r Service Separation Charge Funds.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvem nt on the 19th day of
December, 1989 at nine ,��o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hail and Court House Building in the Ci of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to th persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the impr ement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
