PA L, hereinafter referred to as the "CITY" and Independent School Dis rict No. 625, hereinafter called "DISTRICT". WITNESSETH: WHEREAS a joint powers agreeme t exists between the CITY and DISTRICT to provide Community Edu ation/Recreation activities. WHEREAS the DISTRICT distribut s a Community Education brochure to every mailing address in St. Paul four times a year. NOW, THEREFORE, in considerati of the mutual and reciprocal agreements and promises hereinaft set forth and for other good and valuable considerations the parti hereto agree and have agreed as follows: 1. That the CITY will be involve with the DISTRICT in the publication of the Community Educa ion Brochure. 2 . That the DISTRICT will serve s the contact for publication and distribution. 3 . There will be a Recreation Pr gramming insert in each quarterly issue of the brochure. 4. The CITY will provide copy fo the insert in a timely fashion. 5. The CITY will pay 50� of the ost of the insert including printing and distribution. 6. The DISTRICT will pay 50� of e cost of the insert including printing and distribution. _. - 7.
