The Council of the City of Saint Paul having eceived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereb approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 615,000 , financed by ass ssments $90,000; Sewer Revenue Bonds $14,000;
Minnesota Department of Trans ortation Funds $404,000; State Grants $48,000
and Federal Grants $59,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improv ment on the 19th day of December, 1989 ,at
nine�o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambe s of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be give to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the ' provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
