WHEREAS , the city cou il of the City of Saint Paul adopted
Council File #89-1725 dated September 26 , 1g89► said resolution
being the Ratification of ssessments for the SYLVAN/ACKER Sewer
Separation Project identif' ed as Finance and Management File
#18542 and ;
WHEREAS , the Real state Division discovered that the
assessment amounts on thr e residential properties involved in
this project were calcula ed at the commercial rate rather than
the residential rate;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT R SOLVED , that the assessment amounts be
