The Council of the City of Saint Paul having re eived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby pproved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 1,550.000 , financed by Asse sments $58,000; Sewer Revenue Bonds $718,300;
State Grants and Lo ns $318,400; Federal Grants $385,300 and
Water Department Re mbursement $70,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improve ent on the 12th day of December. 1989 ,at
nine X� o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given t the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the ' provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
