*RESIDENTIAL rates (SINGLE FAMILY TO THREE FAMILY) — For a 5—foot wide sidewalk:
New construction (where no walk existed), $13.00 per front foot; replacement of
old sidewalk, $6.50 per front foot. For a 6—foot wide sidewalk: New construction:
$15.b0 per front foot; replacement of old idewalk, $7.80 per front foot.
All corner residential properties will rec ive a credit up to the first 150 feet of
new or reconstructed sidewalk along and ab tting the "long side" of the property
COMMERCIAL rates (all property other than esidential)
1007 of actual cost estimated to be approx mately $4.00 per square foot of walk
constructed.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having r eived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof

2. That a public hearing be had on said improve ent on the 12th day of December� 1989 ,at -
nine � o'clock a.m., in the Council Chamber of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given o the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the ' provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
