Conway Heights Community Recreation nter,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, b the Council of the City of Saint Paul , upon
recommendation of the Mayor and the ctober 12, 1989 positive advice of the Long
Range Capital Improvement Budget Com ittee, that the Capital Improvement Budget for
1989, as heretofore adopted and amen ed by the Council , is hereby further amended in
