This is a single-incumbent .75 FTE pos"tion. The salary proposed for this
title is approximately $11.97 per hour, (based on the 1989 80 hour biweekly
salary rate of $957.27) , or an annual alary of $18,667 (30 hours per week x
11.97 per hour x 52 weeks) , plus benef ts at $4,065 (21.777� of salary) , for
a total annual salary-plus-benefits co t of approximately $22,732.
This position currently is paid at the rate of $14.00 per hour, or
$21,840 (30 hours per week x 14.00 per hour x 52 weeks) annually, and
receives no benefits. Therefore, the , otal annual cost to the City will be
approximately $892 (22,732 proposed sa ary plus benefits minus 21,840 current
salary) , using 1989 rates.
