Voting In the Matter of construction of sa�'tary, storm and water service connections,

and Lighting Project.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having eceived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereb approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is�Tpr ��,ectinnfinanced by as� ssments.
Sanitary, sewer and water s rvice connections are assessed at cost per
connection.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improv ent on the 5th day of December, 1989 ,at
nine �KIAIXo'clock a.m., in the Council Chambe of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given o the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the' provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
