The Council of the City of Saint Paul having eceived the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is heretl approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 3.085,000 , financedby Ass ssments $155,000, Federal Grants $482,000
State Grants $4G0,000 and Se er Revenue Bonds $2,048,000
2. That a public hearing be had on said improv ment on the 5th day of December. 1985 ,at
nine �o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambe s of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of th� provement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
