Voting In the Matter of improving the follo ing streets with a bituminous roadway,
Ward concrete curb and gutte s, concrete driveway aprons and outwalks,
3 boulevard sodding and a lantern style street lighting system:
Pinehurst Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Davern Street
Yorkshire Avenue from Yorkshire Avenue to Davern Street
Hampshire Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Davern Street
Hampshire Court
� Colvin Avenue from 400 feet east of Hilltop to Davern Street
Hilltop Lane from Colvin Place to Edgcumbe Road
All to be known as the' airview/Montreal Area Street Paving and
Lighting Project.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is here approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 600,000 , financed by Ass ssments $160,000, Sewer Revenue Bonds $205,000
and Capital Improvemen Bonds $235,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said impra ment on the 5th day of December, 1989 ,at
nine II(�IKo'clock a.m., in the Council Chamb s of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be give to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
