WHEREAS, the East Side Neighborhood Development Company, Inc. has made a request for the
release of an existing sewer easement on the following described azea:
The westeriy 10.0 feet of Lot 12, Block 35, Chas. Weide's Subdivision of Block 35 of
Ariington Hiils Addition to St. Paul; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Paul Department of Public Warks has determined that it no longer needs this
sewer easement;
io NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon a uulity easement Certificate of Intended
ii Non-Use filed voluntarily by the Saint Paul Department of Public Works, the Council of the City of
iz Saint Paul, on behalf of the City for itself and on behalf of this department, does hereby waive and
is release the above described sewer easement; and,
ia
is BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resolution, the City Clerk is hereby
is authorized and d'uected to record a eopy of this resolution in the office of the County Recorder,
i� Ramsey County, and that the City Clerk shall maintain a copy of the Certificate of Intended Non-Use
is referenced in this resolution on file in the office of Citizen Services.
