resolution 258871 , app oved January 1, 1972 , vacated public land
in the City of Saint P ul described as follows :

University venue and Myrtle Avenue
WHEREAS , based up n utility easement Certificatee of
Intended Non-Use filed voluntarily on behalf of Northern States
Power Company, Departm nt of Public works , the Water Utility,
Continental Cablevisio , Western Union, U.S . West , and District
Energy St. Paul, Inc. nd made a part hereof by this reference
and filed in the offic of the City Clerk of Saint Paul , the City
for itself and on beha f of these corporations and departments
waives the right to uti ity easements in the vacated area as
described in the Certi ' cates of Intended Non-Use.
NOW THEREFORE BE I RESOLVED , pursuant to Section 130• 60 of
the Saint Paul Legislat" ve code and on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul those person for whom the City has reserved
easements , the Council f the City of Saint Paul does hereby
waive and release the r tained utility easements in the vacated
