Voting In the Matter of constructing sani ary, storm and water service connections,
Ward if requested by the pro erty owner, for the combined sewer
1 & 5 separation project kno as the Woodbridge�Front Storm Sewer and
Street Paving and Light ng Project.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul havin received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is her y approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
isYner cnnnectin�,financedby as essments.
Sanitary, Storm and w ter service connections are assessed at cost
per connection.
2. That a public hearing be had on said impr vement on the 21st day of November, 1989 ,at
nine �o'clock a.m., in the Council Cham ers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be gi n to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of t e improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
