WHEREAS, The City of Sa'nt Paul ' s Early Notification System
Policy and Procedures reco nizes the needs of area residents
and neighborhood organizati ns for timely information concerning
local development and chan e which may have an impact on the
community; and
WHEREAS, the activiti s of the Saint Paul Port Authority
and the Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Agency have signifi-
cant impact on the City' s residents and neighborhoods ; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Co ncil of the City of Saint Paul hereby
urges the Commissioners of both the Port Ruthority and the Housing
and Redevelopment Authori to adopt the same Early Notification
System Policy and Procedur s which the City has adopted.
