WHEREAS, The Board of Water ommissioners of the City of Saint Paul by its
RESOlution 3970, adopted Augu t 24, 1989, did approve a Contract Agreement
for Remote Metering Systems etween the Board and the City of West Saint
P«ul ; and
WHEREAS, Said Contract Agreem nt provides for the Board to own, install and
m«intain remote metering sy tems in the City of West Saint Paul in
accordance with rules and reg lations adopted by the Board; and
WHEREAS, The City of West Sai t Paul agrees to purchase all remote metering
systems installed in West Sai t Paul by the Board if West Saint Paul should
convert to the purchase of w ter at wholesale from the Board or develop an
alternate water supply system for their City; and
WHEREAS, The Board requests hat the Council of the City of Saint Paul
concur with Board action and approve said Contract Agreement for Remote
Me�tering Systems; now, theref e, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council o the City of Sain�t Paul does hereby concur
with action taken by its B rd of Water Commissioners and does hereby
approve said Contract Agreem nt for Remote Metering Systems between the
Baard and the City of West Sai t Paul .
