As a potential appointee t the task force, it is my duty to inform the council of my past rel tionship to another appointee' s present employer, lest any questi n of impropriety be raised later. The appointee/employer th t I 'm referring to is Mr. Brian Swingle of the ChemLawn Services orporation. From January 1978 to Oct ber 1987, �I was employed with ChemLawn Services Corp. While employed with ChemL wn, I was the Secretary/Treasurer for the Minnesota Professional L wn Care Association. From October 1987 to th present, I have been employed with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) , Pesticide Regulatory Unit. In this position, I have orked with firms involved in agricultural (commodity production) a well as urban pesticide use. My record has been one o protection of the environment, while at the same time, maintaini g fair and consistent treatment of MDA's regulated clientele.
