lying easterly of a line fro a point 10 . 5 feet west of the
northeast corner of said Lot 5 , measured on the north line of
said Lot 15 and a point 8.0 f et southwesterly of the northeast
corner of said Lot 15 , measu ed on the southeasterly line of
said Lot 15 .

The Director of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therei appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefi s to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of enefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public he ring be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of t. Paul on the '�?Gr day of
October, 1989 at nine ,�� o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as rescribed by the Charter.
