Voting In the Matter of constructing sanitar , storm and water service connections,
Ward if requested by the property o er, for the combined sewer separation
3 & 4 Project known as the Portland/ ldine Area Sewer and Street Paving and
Lighting Project.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul hav g received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is h eby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is��er connectiofiinanced by ssessments.
Sanitary, storm and water s rvice connections are assessed at cost per connection.
2. That a public hearing be had on said im rovement on the 31st day of October, 1989 ,at
nine �o'clock a.m., in the Council Ch bers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be iven to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature o the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
