Voting In the Matter of improving the following st eets with a bituminous roadway,
Ward concrete curb and gutters, outwalks, dr veways, boulevards will be
6 reconstructed and sodded. Also a la,nte n style street lighting system
will be installed:
Geranium Avenue from Cypress Stre t to Frank Street;
Jessamine Avenue from Earl Street o Burnquist Street;
Ma.gnolia Avenue from Duluth Avenu to Ma.gnolia Lane;
Cook Avenue from Duluth A�en to 300 feet more—or—less east of Atlantic St. ;
Jenks Avenue from Frank Stree to Duluth Street;
Frank Street from Case Avenue to Geranium Avenue;
Duluth STreet from Case Avenue to Jessamine Avenue;
Atlantic Street from 250 feet so th of Cook Avenue to Magnolia Avenue;
Magnolia Lane from Magnolia Av nue to Jessamine Avenue;
Lane Place from Jessamine enue to Ma.ryland Avenue and
Burnquest Avenue from Jessamine enue to Magnolia Avenue.
All to be known as the Jessamine/Fr k ARea Street and Lighting Project.
^ The Council of the City of Saint Paul having receiv d the report of the Mayor upon the above improver�ent, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby app oved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 1,481,864.00, financed by assess ents $373,376.00; Capital Improvement Bonds 1990
$780,534.00 and Storm Sewer Ser ice Charge $327,954.00
2. That a public hearing be had on said improveme t on the 24th day of October. 1989 ,at
nine �o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers o the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be giver�to e persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the imp ovement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
