Voting In the Matter of constructing sanitary, storm an water service connections,
Ward if requested by the property owner, for he combined sewer separation
6 project known as the Jessamine/Frank Ar Sewer and Street Paving and
Lighting Project.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received th report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved ith no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is��er connecti,o�4nanced by assessment .
Sanitary, Storm and water service c nnections are assessed at cost per
connection.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on e 24th day of October, 1989 ,at
nineX�l�i1 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the C ty Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the pe sons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improve ent and the total cost thereof as estnnated.
