be and the same is hereby anted with the following conditions:
(1) There shall be no ope tion under the authority of
the license at 503 W. th Street, St. Paul , without
prior approval of the equired bond by the dicense
Inspector and the Cit Attorney, and
(2) That there shall be no transfer of the license to
any other location wit out prior approval of the
City Council as requir d by law.
This license shall not be renewed on i active status after July 31, 1990,
and will be renewed only on condition hat the licensed business is restored
to full operation or in the alternativ the licensee make application for
