WHEREAS, The Saint Paul Employm nt and Training Center ;located at 215
East Ninth Street is in need of speci ic building engineering and maintenance
services; -
WEIEREAS, Independent School Dis rict #625 is the largest provider of
contracted professional and technical services to the Saint Paul Employment
and Training Center;
WHEREAS, Independent School Dis rict #625 has a long history of
demonstrated ability in the provision of building engineering and maintenance
services;
WHEREAS, Independent School Dis rict #625 is the largest tenant in the
Saint Paul Employment and Training Ce ter;
RESOLVED, that the proper City f Saint Paul officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute th contract between the City of Saint Paul
and Independent School District #625 or provision of building engineering and
maintenance service for the 215 East inth Street facility.
