WHEREAS, the Department of Community Se vices, Division of Parks and Recreation
operates a program titled "S'MORE FUN", which provides school age child care/
recreation; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Community Human ervices desires to renew their contract
with the City using Title XX Federal fu ding to finanace eligible participants; Now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Council f the City of Saint Paul authorizes the
proper city officials to execute an agr ement with Ramsey County to provide these
services.
