File number: G99-0243 Dear Ms. Braid: The Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection (LIEP) has recommended adverse action against the licenses held by Beaver Lounge, Inc. The recommendation is based upon the following information: On July 8, 1999 you were sent a Notice of Violation informing you that your license fees had been paid with an N5F check, and that your fees were delinquent. Subsequently you set up a payment plan with LIEP, agreeing to pay $1,000 on August 3, 1999 and $3,056.00 on September 1,1999. You failed to make the second payment. In addition, you were scheduled to make the payment for the second half of your 1998-99 license fees on September 30,1999, in the amount of $2,100.00. These fees have not been paid. As of October 20,1999, you will be scheduled to pay an additional $2,140.00 for the second half of your 1999-20001icense fees. If you do not dispute the above facts please send me a letter with a statement to that effect. The matter will then be scheduled for a hearing before the St. Paul City Council to detemune cvhat penalty, if any, to impose. The recommendation is based upon the following information: On July 8, 1999 you were sent a Notice of Violation informing you that your license fees had been paid with an N5F check, and that your fees were delinquent. Subsequently you set up a payment plan with LIEP, agreeing to pay $1,000 on August 3, 1999 and $3,056.00 on September 1,1999. You failed to make the second payment.
