WHEREAS, Saint Paul Port Authority, has submitted the attached revised final
plat for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate city depar ents have reviewed the revised plat and
found it to meet the requirements o Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing b ore the City Council was duly published in
the official newspaper of the city nd notices were mailed to each owner of
affected property and property situ ed wholly or partly within 350 of the
subject property; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council was held on July 20, 1989,
where all interested parties were h rd, the Council having considered all the
facts and recommendations concerning revision to the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the
revised plat for Riverview Industria Park Number 6.

PURPOSE: To review revisions for t e above captioned plat documents proposed
to correct errors in legal descript ons.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recomm nds that the revised plats be approved.
Dear Sir:
Attached are the application, surve s, and staff report for the Saint Paul Port
Authority request for approval of r visions to final plats for Riverview
Industrial Park No. 4 and Riverview Industrial Park No. 6. The revisions to
these plats are required to correct legal descriptions to be consistent with
actual ownership parcels.
Staff review has determined that al applicable provisions of the zoning
ordinance continue to be met by the proposed plats as revised, and therefore
recommends City Council approval.
