STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recomm nds that the revised plats be approved. Dear Sir: Attached are the application, surve s, and staff report for the Saint Paul Port Authority request for approval of r visions to final plats for Riverview Industrial Park No. 4 and Riverview Industrial Park No. 6. The revisions to these plats are required to correct legal descriptions to be consistent with actual ownership parcels. Staff review has determined that al applicable provisions of the zoning ordinance continue to be met by the proposed plats as revised, and therefore recommends City Council approval.
