buyers have signed a cancellatio to the pu�chase agreement with them. As a

Dear Roxanna,
Enclosed you' l1 find a copy o the paid application for sewer
availability charge totaling 575 . 00 . We at Balfany Homes, Inc.
are requesting that the $575 . 0 be refunded to Balfany Homes, Inc
for the following reasons .
1 . ) It has been found that th lot is unsuitable to build on
without extensive work to be performed on said lot.
2. ) The buyers of the home we were to construct on this lot have
signed a cancellation to he purchase agreement and we will
no longer be building � h me with us on this site.
3. ) Balfany Homes, Inc will b returning the lot to the original
sellers and we will no lo ger be connected to the lot.
4. ) The St Paul building depa tment has already issued a full
refund of the original bu lding permit.
Because of the above circumst nces we are asking the City of St.
Paul to refund the full amoun of the SAC charge to us .
