and hold harmless the County of Ramsey to the limits of the
Minnesota Municipal Tort Cla ms Act as regards the City of
Saint Paul' s usage of a vehi le identified as the Ramsey
County Showmobile on October 14, 1989, a copy of this
resolution to be kept on fil in the Department of Finance
