the Minnesota Motor Vehicle and Tr�Zff ' c Laws� the Council of the City of
St. Paul hereby requests the Commi�si ner of the Minnesota Department of
Transportation to determine the ma�im m safe speed on the following streets
or portions thereof: ,
MARSHALL AVENUE froiil VictorialSt eet to Mississippi River
JEFFERSON AVENUE from Victori� S reet to Lexington Parkway
and to authorize the City of St. Palul to revise the existing speed zones
in accordance with the finding� of 'th Commissioner of the Minnesota Department
