The foregoing violates s c ion 409.QJ8 (6) of the Saint Paul Legislative Code. Prior to this time, I was dealing with Philip Byrne 'e had originally set this on the calendar for the City Council meeting w ic was to have been held on June 20, 1989 wherein we were not going to n est the allegations in the �oliee reports. Just prior to the June 20th m et ng. my client was charged with a gross misdemeanor and vae took it of t e agenda because of the pending criminal matter. Please be advised that on July 4, 989 �ve appeared before Judge 4Gilson and pled guilty to the charge. Ju ge W ilson stayed imposition of sentence and ordered my client to pay $200. 0 s and for court costs.
