P tschen and First Minnesota Savings Bank, the owners and intere t holders in said premises , directing that the premises be cleaned u by June 27 , 1989 ; and WHEREAS , Audrey J . P t chen on June 26, 1989 appealed said written orders by fili ame with the City Clerk; and WHEREAS , on July 18 , 1 89 the City Council conducted a public hearing on said ap e 1 and upon consideration affirmed the Division' s orders and d termined that the premises should be cleaned up by August 7 , 198 ; now, therefore , be it RESOLVED , that the or e of the Division of Public Health directing that the premis s be cleaned up is hereby affirmed except that Audrey J . Pet c en is given until August 7 , 1989 to do the work; and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that in the event the work is not completed by August 7 , 1989 , the Ci y ay proceed to perform or complete the necessary work with t e costs incurred therefrom collected in the same manner as provi ed by law.
